Weight Watchers Breakfast Taco

I don't think this is an official WW recipe, but it's really low points!

2 corn tortillas
1 Tbsp. salsa
2 Tbsp. cheese
1/2 cup egg beaters

Top tortillas with salsa and cheese. Heat in the microwave until cheese is melted. Meanwhile coat a skillet with cooking spray. Scramble egg. Divide between tacos.

123 cal. 2 g. fat 13 g. carbs 13 g. protein 0 g. fiber (somehow I think corn tortillas have fiber, so doublecheck that!)
