1 cup butter (2 sticks)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup peanut butter
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
Hershey Kisses, unwrapped
Mix butter and eggs; add vanilla and sugar and mix well. Add peanut butter and mix well. Add dry ingredients. Roll into small balls and then roll in a bowl of sugar until ball is fully coated in granulated sugar. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. After baking, immediately place one unwrapped Hershey Kiss directly in center of cookie and press down lightly to make "blossom".
