1 cup Karo corn syrup
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 cup pecans (I like mine chopped up)
1 Deep Dish Pie Shell (unbaked)
Stir first five ingredients together, then mix in pecans. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 325 for 55-60 minutes.
