Combine: 3 pkg. active dry yeast and 1/2 cup warm water
Heat: 1 1/2 cups milk in saucepan until warm. Mix with yeast mixture. Add pinch of salt, 1/2 cup oil, 1/4 cup sugar, 3 beaten eggs and 6 cups of flour. Mix. Let rises one time until doubled (1 hour) Punch down. Shape into rolls. Let rise 15 more minutes. Bake at 400 in greased pans. Makes about 2 dozen rolls.
