Daddy's Favorite Meatloaf

Many of you will recognize this from the LE Ward Cookbook! It's super yummy!

1 cup quick oats
2 eggs
1/3 cup ketchup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup frozen hash browns (southern style)
2 lbs. ground beef

Topping Glaze: 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 Tbsp. mustard

Beat eggs lightly; stir in remaining ingredients except meat. Add meat, mix well. Pat into 9x5x3" loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Last 15 minutes pour glaze over meat loaf. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
