Bisquick Chicken Nuggets

These are a dinner staple in our household.

1 cup bisquick
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. paprika
salt
2Tbsp. butter, melted
1 egg, slightly beaten

1. Cut up 2-4 chicken breasts into chunks.

2. Put dry ingredients in gallon sized ziploc bag.

3. Dip chicken chunks in egg and drop in ziploc bag. Shake until well coated.

4. Put on cookie sheet. Drizzle with melted butter.

Bake 450 for 15 minutes.
