Crunchy Baked Chicken

Preheat oven to 350.

Trick: Line baking pan with foil and put a cake cooling rack inside pan. Spray the foil and the rack with cooking spray.

8 chicken breasts
1/2 pkg. dry italian dressing mix (or ranch)
1/2 cup buttermilk
Finely crushed corn flakes

Combine sald dressing mix and buttermilk. Spread crushed corn flakes on wax paper. Dip chicken in buttermilk mixture. Coat in crumbs and lay on prepared rack. Bake 45 min.-1 hr.
