Sour Cream Lemon Loaf
Beat together 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup veg. oil, 2 eggs, 2 tsp. grated lemon zest, 1 tsp. lemon juice; beat in a 16 oz. pound cake mix. Bake in greased 9x5" loaf pan at 350* for 1 hour. Next, stir together 1 tsp. lemon zest, 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice and 3/4 cup powdered sugar. Drizzle over loaf!
