Crockpot Sausage and Egg Casserole
You can also make this recipe without the crockpot. Just follow the direction below substituting a 9x13 baking dish instead. You can assemble it the night before, leave in the fridge overnight and bake in the morning using a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
1 dozen beaten eggs
14 slices of bread, crusts removed, cut into cubes
2 1/2 cups milk (skim is okay)
2 1/2 cups grated cheese
1 lb. sausage cooked and drained
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
Grease crock pot (or baking dish) with butter. Layer: bread, sausage, cheese, ending with cheese layer. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over layers, turn on low, cook 8-12 hours (or in oven at 350 for 25-30 min.)

Weight Watchers Breakfast Taco
I don't think this is an official WW recipe, but it's really low points!

Top tortillas with salsa and cheese. Heat in the microwave until cheese is melted. Meanwhile coat a skillet with cooking spray. Scramble egg. Divide between tacos.
123 cal. 2 g. fat 13 g. carbs 13 g. protein 0 g. fiber (somehow I think corn tortillas have fiber, so doublecheck that!)

Whole Wheat Cereal
2 cups boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup whole wheat
Thermos Method: Place wheat in 1 or 2 quart bottle. Add salt and boiling water. Screw on lid. Let sit overnight (10-12 hours) Reheat in microwave just before serving. Cover unused portion and store in fridge.
Conventional Method: Bring water and salt to a boil in small saucepan. Stir in wheat. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook 45-60 minutes until kernals are tender and chewy.
I usually eat a big bowlful with a little milk and honey. I'm weird, I love it.
