3 cups cooked white rice
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1. Spray insert of 2-3 1/2 quare slow cooker with non-stick spray.
2. Mix all ingredients together except sugar and cinnamon in the slow cooker.
3. Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours, or until liquid is absorbed. Stir pudding.
4. Sprinkle pudding with sugar and cinnamon. Serve warm.
