Old Fashioned Lemonade

12 large lemons
8 cups cold water
1 1/4 cups superfine sugar
1 lemon, sliced for garnish

1. Microwave lemons for 10 secons. Cut in half and juice; you should have roughly 3 cups of juice.

2. In a large pitcher or pot, combine lemon juice, cold water and sugar. Stir to dissolve sugar.

3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to a day before. Stir before serving. Garnish with sliced lemons if desired.
