6 medium potatoes
salt and pepper
1 1/4 cups Italian dressing, divided
Cut potatoes diagonally into 1/4 " thick slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in ziploc bag with 3/4 cup italian dressing--shaking to coat.
Coat food rack with vegetable cooking spray; place on grill over med/hi. Grill with lid on 20 min. or until tender (turning and basting occasionally)
