Monterey Jack Turkey Burgers

Okay, I haven't tried this one yet, it's on the menu for next week...but if it turns out gross I'll delete it! =)

4 Servings
3/4 lb. ground skinless turkey breast
2 scallions, minced
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. ketchup
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/3 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 strips bacon (we use turkey bacon)
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
1 tomato, cut into 4 slices
In a large bowl, combine the turkey, scallions, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic powder and pepper. Blend in the cheese, then form into 4 burgers.
Heat an indoor grill (or frypan) and spray with nonstick spray. Cook the burgers 6-8 min. on each side. when you turn the burgers, add the bacon to the grill; cook until crisp, 3-4 min. on each side. Serve the burgers in the buns with the bacon and tomato slices.
