Jack-o-Biscuits

This is Jared's Mom's Halloween tradition (with black cat sugar cookies, I need to get the recipe for those, they are really cute too) Thanks for this recipe Teresa, I got it off the family website from last Halloween.

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup mustard
minced onion to taste (2T?)
4 oz cubed or grated mozzarella cheese
2 cans refrigerated biscuits
egg wash (one egg and 2T water), optional

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef with onions. Drain. Mix with mustard and cheese (I don't care for mustard very much, anyone have a different suggestion?). Roll biscuits out a little. Cut faces (usually just mouth and eyes) out of half of the biscuits. Place uncut biscuits on an ungreased baking pan. Put 1/8th of the meat mixture on each one. Put the cut bicuits on top and seal the edges. You can use the dough from the mouth as a stem. I think you could make an eggwash, tint it orange, and brush it on but I haven't tried it. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
