Quick Tostada

Small corn tortillas
Salsa
Shredded cheese

(can add layers of refried beans, cilantro, guacamole, etc.)

Mound salsa and cheese and beans on each tortilla. Cook on foil-lined trays in oven until cheese has melted and starts to brown on edges.
